BESCHREIBUNG

Fiberglas-Kraftstofftank mit Gelcoat-Beschichtung, passend für verschiedene Moto Guzzi Modelle der Serie Grossa Vergaser: dieser Kraftstofftank kann auch für Moto Guzzi Modelle der Serie Grossa mit Einspritzung und externer Kraftstoffpumpe verwendet werden. Getestet, um die Dichtheit zu überprüfen, und garantiert mit Standard-Benzin und Rennbenzin mit einem Ethanol-Anteil von weniger als 10% zu verwenden. Dieser Kraftstofftank kann mit einem transparenten Band zur Kontrolle des Kraftstoffstands oder mit einer Metallflake-Veredelung bestellt werden: Laden Sie die Datei herunter, um ein Beispiel zu sehen. Wir empfehlen, den Tank vor dem Gebrauch mit Benzin abzuspülen.

Um den neuen Glasfasertank zu montieren, ist es fast immer notwendig, andere Teile des Motorrads zu verändern, wie z.B. den Sitz, die Rückleuchten, den Kotflügel und die Kennzeichenhalterung. Die Montage von Glasfasertanks erfordert die Verwendung von Gummipads, um Vibrationen zu dämpfen und den Rahmen vor Stößen und Kratzern zu schützen. Fast alle Fiberglas-Kraftstofftanks haben sowohl vorne als auch hinten eingeklebte Verankerungsklinken: Diese Gelenke können zur Befestigung des Kraftstofftanks mit elastischen Gummilagern verwendet werden. Einige Modelle haben stattdessen die gleichen Gelenke wie der Originaltank.

A livello di telaio non dovrebbero esserci problemi di quote e ingombri ma dovrà sicuramente adattare qualche componente a livello di circuito benzina come ad esempio i rubinetti, dato che questo serbatoio è pensato per essere installato sui modelli a carburatori, ad ogni modo, posso dirle che già altri clienti hanno effettuato queste modifiche. Questo serbatoio prevede n.2 raccordi rubinetti benzina M16 ma se avesse bisogno di un ulteriore raccordo M20 (se non sbaglio per il regolatore di pressione) basterà inserire la richiesta nel campo note ordine.

No, mi spiace non poterla accontentare ma non effettuiamo servizio di cromatura, inoltre trattandosi di un serbatoio in vetroresina le consiglio di rivolgersi a una carrozzeria che possa verniciare il serbatoio con vernice color cromo.

Salve è possibile richiedere il serbatoio senza quelle alette nella parte anteriore? Perché vorrei adattarlo su una v65, ma credo che tocchino sul bloccasterzo

Non è possibile ordinare il serbatoio senza le alette di fissaggio anteriori ma è sempre possibile accorciarle o modificarne la sagoma dato che non è parte del serbatoio con all'interno benzina ma è solamente vetroresina che può essere forata o sagomata a piacere.

Buon giorno, l'interno del serbatoio deve essere ancora sigillato dopo?

No, non si preoccupi, il serbatoio benzina le arriverà pronto per essere installato senza che sia necessaria nessuna ulteriore lavorazione.

Si, le confermo che è possibile svitare dal serbatoio il raccordo del tubo di sfiato: nel caso ordinasse il serbatoio con la variante tappo con sfiato integrato (come il tappo serbatoio Monza oppure Classic) può anche richiedere il serbatoio senza sfiato. Nel caso volesse basterà specificarlo nel campo "Note Ordine".

Non abbiamo mai provato ad installare questi serbatoi su Guzzi Nevada ma non credo ci sia nessun problema: questi sono tutti i vari modelli che dovrebbero essere compatibili con quel telaio Klicken Sie hier, um den Link anzuzeigen. Per la sella aspetterei di aver posizionato il serbatoio e poi la sceglierei in base alla lunghezza necessaria e all posizione di guida desiderata.

If you will paint it you can just paint all the surface -transparent band too- an you will cover it: transparent band is an internal process but externally is a flat surface that can be painted. Regarding the rubber parts here you can find them all Klicken Sie hier, um den Link anzuzeigen: usually you can fix it with a band like code 05949 at the rear and two bolts using the front frame threaded hols. The you should add 2 bumpers at the rear like code 009 or 07955 or 05983 and 1 in the center frame tube like code 05926.

If you prefer not to have a the breather you can choose a diffrent fuel cap that has the breather included because the stock one that you see in the pictures does not have the breather: you can choose a different fuel cap in the product variants.

Il pezzo purtroppo non è compatibile con telaio V11. Si necessiterebbero delle modifiche a telaio e sul serbatoio che la natura in vetroresina non permette o comuqnue le farebbe decadere qualsiasi tipo di garanzia sul pezzo

Ciao il mio serbatoio originale della 850 T3 a davanti 2 e indietro 1 gancio per fissare sul telaio. Sono allora necesari altri lavori per fissare quel Serbatoio sula 850 T3

Questi serbatoi in vetroresina non si fissano con i ganci originali della moto ma tramite elastici al telaio; è sempre consigliabile far appoggiare i serbatoi su tamponi in gomma e nn direttamente sul ferro del telaio. Si, il serbatoio può essere verniciato anche sulle bande trasparenti di controllo livello benzina o, se preferisce, può essere ordinato senza. Sarà sufficiente specificarlo nel campo "Note Ordine".
