BESCHREIBUNG

Fiberglas-Kraftstofftank mit Gelcoat-Beschichtung, passend für verschiedene BMW-Modelle R Boxer 2V: getestet, um die Dichtigkeit zu überprüfen und garantiert mit Standard-Benzin und Rennbenzin mit einem Ethanol-Anteil von weniger als 10% verwendet werden. Dieser Kraftstofftank kann mit einem transparenten Band zur Kontrolle des Kraftstoffstands oder mit einer Metallflake-Veredelung bestellt werden: Laden Sie die Datei herunter, um ein Beispiel zu sehen. Wir empfehlen, den Tank vor dem Gebrauch mit Benzin abzuspülen.

Um den neuen Glasfasertank zu montieren, ist es fast immer notwendig, andere Teile des Motorrads zu verändern, wie z.B. den Sitz, die Rückleuchten, den Kotflügel und die Kennzeichenhalterung. Die Montage von Glasfasertanks erfordert die Verwendung von Gummipads, um Vibrationen zu dämpfen und den Rahmen vor Stößen und Kratzern zu schützen. Fast alle Fiberglas-Kraftstofftanks haben sowohl vorne als auch hinten eingeklebte Verankerungsklinken: Diese Gelenke können zur Befestigung des Kraftstofftanks mit elastischen Gummilagern verwendet werden. Einige Modelle haben stattdessen die gleichen Gelenke wie der Originaltank.

If I am not wrong we personally have tried this fuel tank on R 45 and R 65 but I do not know the exact model years; then we have been selling it to several cliente since 2016 and we never had bad feedbacks regarding the fitment even if I am sure that some clients had to modify some parts of the stock electrical system. Transparent bands are no problem and are usually on both sides; you can just add a note in the "order note" field since there is no price difference.

Hey there, does the tank tunnel fit the r80 g/s tube with its electrical installation under the original tank? Cannot tell from the pictures and I’m curious as you say it fits the G/S. Thank you.

On the frames we have been tested tis fuel tank no modifications were required but we have been told that on some frames the ignition coil must be replaced and wiring rerouted; if I am not wrong only on those with 2 single cable 6V ignition coils.

Per rimuovere i perni filettati dei nottolini di fissaggio dell'elastico al telaio è necessario tagliarli o molarli.

Buongiorno, ho una BMW R65 LS 1983 (a cui ho montato un telaietto posteriore con sella di Sp.Ev.); in foto, lato sella, si vedono due ganci, cosa sono/a cosa servano? li posso togliere? mi potete consigliare una coppia di rubinetti? ...ne avete tanti

I ganci serbatoio ai quali fa riferimento sono nottolini previsti per il fissaggio al telaio con elastici, si possono svitare tranquillamente. E' adatto per la sua BMW R 65 LS 1983. Yes, I confirm that this fuel tank also fit your BMW R 65 LS: usually no modifications are required but on some frames it is better to change the position of the ignition coil -if I am not wrong only on those with 2 single cable 6V ignition coils.
